The Blue Devils are the No. 3 seed in the Midwest Region while Mercer is a No. 14 seed after receiving an automatic bid from winning the Atlantic Sun Conference. Both teams come into this game with identical 26-8 records and both are more offensive oriented squads, which should provide some exciting play.
The game is scheduled to tip at 12:15 pm EST. from the PNC Arena in Raleigh, NC, and it will be televised on CBS. Duke should have a favorable homecourt advantage with the game being so close to campus, but the Blue Devils usually have to deal with the fans of any other school in the arena also pulling against them.
