It’s made with pieces of chocolate chip cookie, vanilla soft-serve “icedream,” chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and a cherry.
It all sounds good when you think about it - but I wouldn’t recommend it. For some reason, it’s just not a combination of flavors that work well together.
The pieces of cookie are too small and I didn’t think there is enough cookie flavor for the sundae. Instead, it’s primarily vanilla ice cream and Hershey’s chocolate syrup. I guess I’m not a fan of vanilla ice cream from Chick-fil-A unless I have waffle fries to dip in it.
The other problem I had is that when you try to mix the ingredients together, the chunks of cookie get so cold and hard that they lose their flavor. It’s like when you have ice cream with M&M’s in it - they taste like little rocks.
From now on when I get a dessert at Chick-fil-A, I’ll stick to the milkshakes and brownies.
